Moft.us offers a 30-day return policy. Customers can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivered date. The items must be received within 30 days from the delivered date, unused, undamaged, and in the original package. The return shipping fee is paid by the buyer. Only items purchased directly from www.moft.us will be accepted. For products purchased from other authorized retailers, customers should get in touch with them directly for returns.

In case of receiving a faulty product or an incorrect order, customers can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping fees) or a replacement. If customers are less than satisfied with their purchase, they can reach out to Moft.us within 30 days of delivery. All return orders must be sent back to the return hub located in San Fernando, CA, USA. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original MOFT packaging. Please note that adhesive products that have been used cannot be returned. Customized items, unless due to an error on Moft.us's part, are not eligible for a refund or replacement. Items that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use are not eligible for a refund or replacement. For non-quality related returns, MOFT will refund the cost of the returned product only. (All shipping costs including original shipping costs will be excluded from the total amount.) Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees for non-quality related returns. Customers are responsible for any damage to items or loss during shipping for non-quality related returns. Items must be returned within 7 days after the initial application. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after Moft.us receives the returned items.
